Ricardo is an accomplished Operations and Customer Service executive with over 2 decades of experience leading strategic initiatives
across North and Latin America. With a robust foundation in Industrial Engineering and an ongoing MBA, Ricardo has held pivotal roles
in industries such as Coatings, Adhesives, Electrical products, and Consumer goods. His extensive expertise spans Supply Chain
optimization, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Customer Service management.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has been dedicated to driving operational excellence and aligning business functions to meet evolving
market demands.
His work at PPG Industries focused on enhancing Supply Chain efficiency and improving Customer Experience while fostering
sustainable growth within the coatings industry. At HB Fuller, he expertly managed the S&OP process, synchronizing production capabilities
with market demand to improve profitability and supply chain performance in the Central American region.
In his role at Bticino (Legrand Group), he led initiatives to streamline operations, logistics, and customer service, improving both
internal processes and external client satisfaction in the electrical products sector in Central America, Caribbean and South America.
Ricardo has dual nationality (El Salvador and Germany) and speaks 4 languages: English, Spanish, German, and Italian. He is uniquely
positioned to lead and collaborate in international, multilingual environments. His cultural adaptability and hands-on experience across
diverse markets allow him to efficiently manage global operations while maintaining a strong focus on local market dynamics.
Ricardo’s approach to leadership is rooted in his passion for process improvement and change management. He has consistently
implemented lean practices and spearheaded transformation initiatives that have resulted in enhanced operational efficiency, cost
